Refunds and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 28 days from the date of shipment. If your item is not returned within 28 days of dispatch, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Note - We cannot accept returns on facemasks. You may exchange if the item is faulty upon arrival.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. If this has expired, refunds may be made by bank transfer or cheque.
Refunds will be as originally charged in GBP (other currencies optionally displayed whilst shopping are approximate and advisory only and subsequent changes in exchange rate will not be taken into account).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PLEASE NOTE: Products are not available for exchange in store and any exchange items will be mailed directly to you from our warehouse.
We will refund all shipping costs if the goods are deemed faulty. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying all costs for returning your item.
