- When will the tartan be back in stock?
We kindly as you keep an eye on our social media channels for updates. We are a small and hard working team doing our very best around the clock. The weaving process takes about 10 weeks which is stated on the products in the descriptions. Equally, we put a lot of thought, love and care into our manufacturing process as possible and do most of this by hand or at Edinburgh micro manufacturers with sustainability in mind.
Our products are worth the wait and we ask kindly that you DO NOT send abusive emails to our small team - they won't be replied to.

- Can you let me know when products will be back in stock?
In short, no. We receive a huge number of queries and are a small team running this entire process from weave to promotion. Simply, keep an eye on our social media channels for updates and The Shop page description.
It's as simple as that.

- Can I buy tartan my the metre?
At this stage, no. It's all about making as much for the charities and the nurses they help as possible. This means we are tied into an agreement which allows us to sell specific products only and not just the cloth itself to ensure the fairest deal for the beneficiaries.

- Where is The Nursing Tartan made and what from?
The Nursing tartan was designed, the yarns were dyed, the cloth wove, the products made and distributed from bonnie Scotland. Everyone involved in the making process is an expert and world renowned in their field. We use the highest quality wool and makers. The products listed are 100% wool (not including the charity ribbon badge with is a printed polyester and metal badge). We also use soft 100% cotton tana lawn to line products such as the LoullyMakes scarf, the facemask and the shopping bag.

We recommend hand washing and line drying all of our products or having them professionally dry cleaned.

- When will I receive my product?
See product descriptions and Shipping.
We cannot stress enough that we are a small team. It can take 1 week for an order to be processed especially in busy periods following a restock. This does not include the shipping time which is the the hands of the Royal Mail (UK Mainland) or DHL (Rest of the world/Canada/USA).
These are unprecedented times due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic - please be kind and conscious that postage may take longer as more people are using the services and staff may need time off to get vaccinated resulting in a slightly longer lead time. 

Give yourself plenty of time when ordering especially if the product you are purchasing is for a loved one or special event.

- Can I return my product?
We can accept returns and offer returns (not exchanged unless stock is available) on every EXCEPT FACEMASKS for obvious health and safety reasons.

- How big are the different products?
We created product images which aim to clearly visually capture the widths of our shawl, wrap, stole, scarf, facemask, tie and bag. We've even captured the products on a male and female to give you as clear an idea as we can. Please take the time to look carefully and read the product descriptions. The shawl measures at 150cmx150cm. The wrap measures 70cmx180cm. The Stole measures 35cmx180cm. The LoullyMakes scarf measure at 30cmx150cm. The Scarf measures 25cmx180cm. These products are HANDMADE and very minor differences of a cm or two may occur. 

- Can I get a kilt made?
Not yet. We are working on it.
